Fulfillment & Logistics
We remove the stress of managing the movement and storage of production elements with our pro logistics team, in-house inventory and resources.
Netflix trusted us to deliver an epic arrivals experience and afterparty for one of their biggest releases of the year. Our team flexed their creative muscles to bring the film to life with sets inspired by scenes from the movie, complete with period cars, scenic decor and more. For the afterparty, we took over the Hotel Roosevelt immersing guests into scenes from the movie. We also programmed a cast of period characters and a live Jazz band for added effect.
This four-day culinary experience invites fans to engage with their favorite chefs while enjoying food and libations. We create a custom stadium where fans can view culinary masters at work. In addition we also produce a series of branded activations, tasting lounges and bars attracting crowds of more than 15,000 over the course of event.
Every year we help BET engage fans and stars with the BET Experience and the BET Awards arrivals experience. We take over the LA Convention Center bring to life a free two day fan fest with musical performance stages, celebrity sporting events, fashion & beauty activations, thought leadership forums and more. From creative designs to fabrication and on-site production management our team makes it all happen. In addition to producing the BET Awards arrival experience we create their popular “Instabooth” activation to engage with stars on the carpet.
We worked with our partners at IMG Live to help create an experience around the launch of Chrissy Tiegen’s latest cookbook during the New York Food and Wine Festival in 2018. We designed and built vignettes and food stations to showcase her recipes and products and even created a fun swing photo op.
For the last three years we have produced the arrivals experience, press moments and sponsorship activations at the Grammy Awards. We lead design, fabrication, production and turnkey logistics solutions for music’s biggest night.
We worked with our partners at IMG LIVE to create an oasis in the desert at Coachella with a VIP lounge for Marriott Bonvoy. Our team took our partner’s creative ideas and translated them into immersive environments which delivered a memorable experience for guests. From build to install, fulfillment and warehousing we provided a complete solution from start to finish.
NFL Pro Bowl Experience
For three years and counting we have produced and created the ultimate fan fest experience as a compliment to the Pro Bowl for fans in Orlando. From concept to creation we work in tandem with the NFL to bring fun activations to life for fans from 8 to 80. We leverage our in-house creative, fabrication and logistics resources to bring this experience to life.
For over a decade our founder Joe Lewis has led production of entertainment’s biggest night overseeing a small army to execute all production and broadcast elements of the Oscars red carpet and Pre-Show.
Pro Soccer League
JLC produced the brand relaunch of the UAE Pro Soccer League which took place at the iconic Armani Hotel in Dubai. The event included a branded arrivals area complete with a Hollywood style step and repeat and engaging games. Our team managed all vendors and logistics of the media event room which was live streamed and we capped the event off with a reveal of the new brand on the exterior of the Burj Khalifa.
One of the largest blockbusters of recent time deserved a larger than life experience. That's just what we delivered for the Avengers End Game Movie Premiere in downtown LA. 36,000 square feet of carpet, 18,500 square feet of graphics and an 11,000 pound structure all added up to a BIG moment.
